We have all seen them – front gardens abandoned to weeds and looking out onto back jungle gardens where anything could be lurking and where the space is not only ugly but entirely wasted. Potential house buyers will look at the dilapidation and not even want to look in the house unless it is priced at half others in the street. And yet some people are so busy, they work hard, they just have no time to spend or have any interest in a garden.

Repainting a fence is not an art, it’s a technical achievement

We have quite a lot of fence. There were many houses built behind us it will happen to your too very soon) and so they don’t have to look at us there is a tall fence separating new from much older. We also had a new fence built between us and our next door neighbour when the old one was totally demolished by the wind. It was already treated when it was put up so we thought it was Ok for a few years. However, our neighbours went ahead and painted their side green. [Read more...]
